Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Your proficiency in Dutch, as well as your expertise in digital trust and safety, will be critical in managing safety concerns and enforcing platform policies effectively. Key Responsibilities Monitor digital content and user activities to identify and address potential safety risks and policy violations Investigate safety reports and respond promptly to user concerns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine safety protocols Provide education and guidance to users on best practices for digital safety Analyze trends in safety data and prepare reports to suggest improvements Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations, and innovations in digital trust and safety Conduct training sessions to raise awareness about trust and safety issues among colleagues and clients Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Proven experience in digital trust and safety or cybersecurity roles. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and mitigating risks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
