Responsibilities Monitor and review digital content to identify and mitigate potential safety risks and violations Investigate and resolve trust and safety concerns reported by users and clients Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve safety policies and procedures Communicate effectively with clients in Dutch regarding safety issues and provide support Analyze trends in safety incidents to recommend proactive measures Stay informed on relevant industry regulations, legal standards, and best practices Assist in training and educating colleagues and clients on trust and safety topics Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
