Your fluency in German and expertise in digital trust and safety will be essential in ensuring the protection and trust of platform users. Primary Responsibilities Oversee digital content and user activities to identify safety risks and policy breaches Investigate safety incidents and respond efficiently to user reports Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve safety measures and protocols Provide guidance and education to users and stakeholders on digital safety best practices Analyze safety data trends and prepare actionable reports for continuous improvement Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital trust and safety standards and regulations Deliver training sessions to raise internal and external awareness on trust and safety topics Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Relevant experience in digital trust and safety, cybersecurity, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. Detail-oriented and proactive in risk identification and mitigation. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
