Functional Safety Engineer

Responsible for managing the progress of function safety development and troubleshooting technical problems; Understand the production, maintenance and review of functional safety requirements and related documents. Key Accountabilities Responsible for connecting with customers, analyzing and evaluating their functional safety requirements and generating internal functional safety requirements. Responsible for managing the development plan and progress of functional safety of the project, internal quality audit and external customer audit. Responsible for production and maintaining functional safety technical documents and managing the implementation of requirements. Responsible for reviewing the safety design and test documents of the system, software and hardware functions to meet the requirements of ISO26262 standard. Coordinate and track the analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues related to functional safety. Key Competencies Familiar with ISO26262 standard, EGAS architecture, automotive electronic and electrical architecture, motor control technology. Experience in automotive electronic parts development is preferred. 2+years of functional safety experience, familiar with functional safety development process and management. Familiar with the use of safety analysis tools, such as Medini and Isograph. Educational background: Master’s degree or above, major in electronic, electrical and vehicle engineering, hardware development background is preferred. English ability: oral communication ability.
